When:
September 29, 2013 @ 12:30 am – 1:30 am
Where:
Mojo's Beach Bar

Come join Sidhion at Aggiefest 2013 for some mind-melting insanity! With a new found energy, the crazy alter-ego of Sidhion will be pushing the limits of the sub-woofer, along with your perception of this reality’s musical abilities.

Keep in mind, it is SATURDAY night at 12:30!!!

Remember folks, it’s $20 for a two day pass to the festival and $10 for Saturday only. However, you can pay the cover charge at Mojo’s for $5, if you only want to visit that venue. I highly suggest spending two days enjoying the beautiful weather and highly talented musicians in the area.

Mother Kali w/ Parallel Path

When:
October 4, 2013 @ 10:00 pm
Where:
Aggie Central Station, 1115 Moro Street, Manhattan, KS, 66502, United States

Mother Kali was born in the late 20th century – I mean right at the very end. The line-up has changed several times since birth; from three percussionists, a flute, electric lead guitar, various didj players, acoustic bass, and several others of which I am not aware due to my short tenure at this point, to two percussionists, acoustic guitar and electric bass with the occasional guest musician. The setlist doesn’t change a whole lot, but the nature of our existence is to improvise and make music on the spot by channeling into our strong connections with one another.

10pm. 21+. No Cover.

Backroad Anthem is a country rock band that captivates audiences with their unique style and undeniable chemistry made obvious through their original music and high-energy onstage performances. The seven-man group based out of Fayetteville, AR established the vision for their band in October 2012 and have dedicated themselves to “doing” country music their way ever since.

In just its first six months of being a band, Backroad Anthem has opened for artists such as Casey Donahew Band, Dustin Lynch, and Eli Young Band. In June, the band will share the stage with Toby Keith and Luke Bryan at the Thunder Mountain Country Music Festival. Backroad will also release their first EP on May 2, 2013, which will include 5 songs and 2 live bonus tracks.

The band started as a group of acquaintances with a common love for music, but by the end of their first performance the band knew they had caught lightening in a bottle. With the ability to play off each other, engaging a crowd came naturally and they quickly found the identity and sound they desired to express to fans. “With these pieces in place, we’ll be able to build a fan base that will fall in love with our music,” Craig explained. “The stars are aligning for this band.”
