God, I can’t help but want one more night of moonshine drinkin, porch board stomping, jamming over at my place. So, seeing as the weather is headin the way of cold and shitty, I think we should have us a Jam.
I’m supplying the BBQ meats, y’all bring sides and such if ya wanna eat. BYOB. And then there’s the music.
I want to fancy it up a bit, so I’m building a little stage in the backyard, lights, minimal sound the whole shebang. I figure we’ll just toss bands up there as we see fit to showcase their stuff until it just devolves into a total jam.
Anywho, local acts I’m pretty sure are coming would include: The Boondogglers, Joshua Jay and the Nighthawks, Eddy Green, those Starving in Style miscreants, Parallel Path, mebe some Field Day Jitters, and many more.
Remember, players, acoustical stuff! I will make exceptions for keyboards, but even they gotta be kept low. Hand drums are welcome, hippies.
I’ll start cooking around 7pm, and we’ll go from there.
Also, invite anyone I missed. I’m sure I left someone out by accident.
