A Minnesota woman plead guilty for breaking a restraining order that was put on her by her neighbors.
The woman admitted to video taping a family after she had been given a restraining order in May 2012. The woman was supposed to move a mile away for five years and have no contact with them at all.
Through May of 2012 the cops had got over 80 phone calls regarding the woman’s behavior. She wouldunbutton her clothes in front of her neighbor’s children, shout that she wishes a neighbor would die, and wouldact like she was masturbating towards her neighbor’s husband.
A plea deal was reached which keeps the woman out of the neighborhood for 10 years, 10 years of probation and 10 years of no contact with the family.
Even though there is no jail time, the family is happy she will be out of the neighborhood.
