Security camera footage from a store in Los Angeles shows a guy following a 22-year-old woman around the store and bending down to pat her dog while using his iPad to take pictures up her dress.
By the time the fashion model got to the counter she realized that he had been filming up her dress with his iPad.
She said that she wanted to confront him but he had a city employee badge and didn’t want to have a confrontation.
They have since released security footage of the incident…. to find him.
